With the following information, CUASBA (The Urology, Andrology and Sexology
Centre) located at Santiago Rossinyol, 9, 3rd Floor – 07012, Palma, Majorca,
with VAT Reg. No. B707688492 with e-mail cuasba@cuasba.com advises all the visitors
(from hereon “the Users”) to this Website (www.cuasba.com), wholly
owned by CUASBA (from hereon “the Company”), of the Company’s
Data Protection Policy, to enable the Users to decide voluntarily and freely,
if they wish to supply the Company with Personal Data that may be required of
the Users in order to subscribe or gain access to some of the services offered
by the Company in the Website or through the site.
We understand that data supplied to the Company are to be treated as confidential
data and we always handle such data with the highest level of security, as per
the latest Personal Data Protection Laws in force in Spain.
The Company may modify the current Policy to adapt it to the latest legal and
judicial requirements or Industry practices. In such event, the Company shall
publish such changes to Policy with as reasonable notice as possible, prior
to the implementation of such changes, on this Website page.
Certain services offered on the Website may have particular conditions with

in the relevant automated files held by the Company, who remains the owner and

the Contractual relation, if so established with the Company, the Management,
Administration, Supply, Improvement and extension of those services the Users
wish to subscribe or apply, or use the adjustment of such services to the preferences
and choices of the Users, the study of the use made by the Users of the services
offered, the design of new services related to such services, the sending of
updates of the services, the sending via traditional or electronic means, of
technical, operative or commercial information on the products and services
offered by the Company, currently and in the future. The collection and automated
treatment of Personal Data is also aimed at the sending of Questionnaires, which
the Users are not obliged to answer.
