The Centre for Urology, Andrology and Sexology has a Patient Assistance Hotline in order to offer medical information to promote the practice of preventive medicine.

The aim of this telephone line is to inform people in the hope of increasing the chances of early detection of illnesses with effective cures and thus prevent their progression due to lack of information.

By dialling this number, you will have access to first hand information and you may request further details to be sent to you directly about any of the urology, andrology and sexology areas listed below:

Schedule: From Monday until Friday of 9:00 to 19:30 h.

    Notice:

This service is currently operated by Spanish speaking staff only. If you would like to be contacted by English speaking staff you have two options:
  • Either send an email to us with your questions in English.
  • Or send an email requesting to be contacted by telephone by our English speaking staff.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
